eReserves Course Request

Instructors, whether your materials are in traditional format or convertible to electronic format, MUST use this form prior to placing any materials with Reserve Services for student access. The information on this form is used to create links for locating reserve materials and access to reserve materials in electronic format.

You can assist your students in using eReserves by providing them with the URL for eReserves: http://ereserves.library.csulb.edu. The eReserves website includes helpful information for students on accessing and using eReserves.

Course Security	Passwords are case sensitive and can be up to 20 characters long
Instructor:	The instructor access password allows you to add, change and delete information about your eReserves Course. Please DO NOT GIVE THIS PASSWORD TO YOUR STUDENTS
